Age Details

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age (as on 08/12/2025): General/EWS 25 years; OBC 28 years (25+3); SC/ST 30 years (25+5).
• Age relaxations: up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwBD as per Apprentices Act 1961.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate Apprentices

Degree holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/IT, Civil Engineering, B.Com, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Bachelor of Computer Application, passing in 2023, 2024, or 2025 from a recognized institute.

Diploma Apprentices

Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Management, or Secretarial practice, passing in 2023, 2024, or 2025 from a recognized institute.

Technician Apprentices

ITI holders in relevant trades from a recognized institute.

Application Fee

• If CGPA is given, fill equivalent percentage to two decimal places. The conversion must be accurate; approximate percentages will not be considered.
• Dependents of HAL employees may need to upload a Dependent Declaration form.
• NATS registration (nats.education.gov.in) is required if NATS option is not available on HAL’s site.
• Note registration number and complete the application; incomplete forms will not be accepted.
