Age Limit

• Maximum age: 28 years (as of 10-12-2025).
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST; 10 years for PwBD (over and above category relaxations); up to 7 years for relevant post-qualification experience (max age 35 with experience); as per government norms for Ex-Servicemen.

Educational Qualifications

• Operator (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Operator (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Operator (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Operator (Fitter): SSC/SSLC + NTC/ITI + NAC/NCTVT in the Fitter Trade.
• Staff Nurse: PUC/Inter + Diploma in General Nursing.

General Eligibility

• Minimum marks: 60% for UR/OBC; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
• Nationality: Indian citizen.

Other Instructions

• The engagement is tenure-based for a maximum of four years and does not guarantee regular employment.
• Selected candidates will undergo induction training for 8 weeks and may be posted at Nashik Division (transferable across HAL divisions).
• Candidates already employed in Central/State Government or PSUs must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at document verification.
