Eligibility Details

• MBBS degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India in the Allopathic system.
• Postgraduate Degree in General Medicine (MS/MD) holders are eligible to apply.
• Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification experience practicing Allopathic medicine in a hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner.
• Applicant should have a dispensary or residence within 10-15 km of the Bank’s dispensaries at the specified locations.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates should submit their application in a sealed cover to the Regional Director, Human Resource Management Department, Recruitment Section, Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata Regional Office, 15, Netaji Subhas Road, Kolkata - 700 001. The sealed cover must be superscribed as ‘Application for the post of Part-Time Medical Consultant (MC) on contract basis with fixed hourly remuneration’. The engagement is on a contractual basis with hourly remuneration; no pension, provident fund, or gratuity benefits are payable. Applicants may be required to undergo document verification, an interview, and medical examination as prescribed by the Bank, with costs borne by the applicant.
