Educational Qualification and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT, consulting, or digital transformation with program or portfolio leadership across large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proven success leading programmes of scale (e.g., multi-year platform builds or large programme budgets).
• Strong background in enterprise integration, platforms, or interoperability, including exposure to APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with CXO-level stakeholders and manage priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent; a Master’s degree in Technology / Management is preferred.

• Relevant experience will be counted only after obtaining the minimum qualifying degree.
