Age Details

• Maximum age: 67 years as of the date of the walk-in interview.

Eligibility

• Engagement of Teaching Faculty is contractual (including Army-retired medical teachers).
• Academic qualification and teaching/research experience for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor align with the NMC Gazette notification dated 30-06-2025.
• Age limit for all categories: Not exceeding 67 years as on the date of the walk-in interview.
• Candidates must verify their eligibility as per the NMC Gazette notification dated 30-06-2025 to appear for the interview.
• Superannuated AFMS medical teachers must submit an Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate issued by DGAFMS at the time of the interview.

Application Fee

• SC/ST/PWD, Female candidates & Ex-servicemen: NIL.
• All other categories: ₹ 225.
• Mode of payment: Demand draft of ₹ 225 in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Jaipur, to be submitted with the application.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Only demand drafts drawn on scheduled banks will be accepted; other modes will not be accepted.
• The demand draft should be issued after the date of this advertisement.

• These posts are purely contractual and may be terminated with one month’s notice; appointments do not confer a right for regularization.
• Mere submission of an application does not guarantee interview; interviews are provisional.
• Submit applications on the day of the interview with required testimonials in the prescribed format; bring originals and self-attested copies.
• False declarations or information may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage.
• Interviews will be conducted at ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur; centre changes may occur.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• ESIC reserves the right to cancel or amend the recruitment process at its discretion.
• Candidates eligible for a higher post may be interviewed for a lower post with potential upgradation if selected.

How to Apply

• Attach two recent passport-size photographs and self-attested copies of certificates; originals to be produced at interview.
• For EWS, attach Income and Asset Certificate as per DoPT guidelines.
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates must attach caste certificates in Central Government format, not older than one year at interview.
• DMC Registration Certificate must be attached for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor posts.
• Superannuated AFMS Medical Teachers must submit the equivalent teaching experience certificate issued by DGAFMS.
• If applicable, provide Relieving/NOC from previous employer.
