ESIC Recruitment 2025: Walk-in for Teaching Faculty and Senior Residents (8 Posts)

Age Limits

• Teaching Faculty (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor): Not exceeding 69 years as on 16/12/2025; contractual tenure up to 70 years subject to rules.
• Senior Resident: Not exceeding 45 years as on 16/12/2025; age relaxations as per Government of India norms.

Educational Qualifications

• Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Senior Resident: as per latest National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI) guidelines for the concerned post and specialty.
• Candidates must possess up-to-date Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications, or provide proof of having applied for updated registration to be produced at the time of interview.

Age and General Requirements

• Age eligibility as specified for each post below. No explicit minimum age is provided; age limits are as stated for each cadre in the notice.
• Candidates working in Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably have an NOC or proof of having applied for NOC at the time of document verification.
• No private practice in any capacity is allowed after joining ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Naroda-Bapunagar, Ahmedabad.

• Cut-off Date for Age, Qualification and Eligibility: 16/12/2025
• Walk-in Interview & Document Verification Date: 16/12/2025 (Reporting time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM)

Application Fee

• SC/ST/ESIC Regular Employee/Female Candidate/Defence Ex-servicemen/PwD: Nil.
• All Other Categories: Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) to be paid via Demand Draft in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No.-1” payable at Ahmedabad.

Other Instructions

• Candidates must submit the offline application form along with self-attested copies of all required documents at the time of document verification. A separate application and fee are required for each post.
• Document verification and interview will be conducted only for those whose documents are verified.
• The organization reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the advertisement without prior notice. PwD reservation will follow Government of India guidelines; vacancies may be filled from the general panel if suitable PwD candidates are not available.
• Selected candidates must deposit a security deposit via Demand Draft as specified in the notice, refundable on successful completion and No Dues Certificate.
• Absence from work exceeding 7 days without prior approval will be treated as voluntary abandonment, leading to automatic termination; attendance must be marked manually and through the institution’s attendance system.
