ESIC Recruitment 2025: 27 Full Time/Part Time Specialists, Senior Residents Posts Online Application

Age Limit

• Specialists: Not exceeding 67 years as on the date of interview.
• Senior Residents (03 years): Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview.

Eligibility Details

Full Time / Part Time Junior Specialist

• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university, with 3 years of experience after PG Degree and 5 years after PG Diploma.

Full Time Senior Specialist

• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university with 5 years of post-PG experience.

Part Time Specialist

• PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university with 3 years of experience after PG Degree and 5 years after PG Diploma.

Senior Resident (03 years)

• MBBS with Postgraduate Degree/DNB or Diploma in the concerned branch from a recognized university and registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

• Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions and produce documents as per the checklist at the time of interview.

• Last Date for Documents Scrutiny: 16-12-2025
• Date of Walk-in Interview: 19-12-2025
• Reporting Time: 10:00 AM
• Verification of Documents: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Interview Time: 11:00 AM onwards

Application Fees

• General/Other Categories: Rs. 250 by Demand Draft (Non-Refundable) in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” payable at SBI, Jammu.
• No application fee for female candidates for Specialist posts.
• For Senior Resident posts, no application fee for SC/ST/PWD and female candidates.
• Government service candidates must produce NOC at the time of interview.

Additional Instructions

• Applications along with one set of self-attested copies of documents as per the checklist should be submitted before or on 16/12/2025 via email or in physical form.
• Candidates must report to the Conference Hall, ESIC Model Hospital, Bari-Brahmana, Jammu at 10:00 AM on 19/12/2025.
• Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Selected candidates must furnish professional indemnity policy and deposit a refundable security at joining as per ESIC norms.
• Preference will be given to candidates available for both Full Time and Part Time Specialist posts for Full Time vacancies.
